Wolfenstein (2009)

Description
The story is set in the fictional town of Isenstadt, where the Nazis have taken over due to the fact that the city is the place that contains the crystals necessary to access the “Black Sun”. The city serves as a hub for the player, where the player returns to after every mission. In the hub, the player can free roam, finding collectibles and occasionally running into Nazi soldiers on patrol, which the player can either avoid, or attack. Other places include a Hospital, a Farm (which covers up for an underground base), a Church, the SS Headquarters, a Dig Site, a Paranormal Base, a General’s home, an Airfield and a large Zeppelin.

Mac OS version: 10.5.8+ (Works in Snow Leopard as well!)

Notes/Known issues:
Remember this is a ported version, it was not intended to be played on Macintoshes. From what I can tell, changing the resolution, crashes, at least on my computer. If you try changing the resolution and it doesn’t work, quit the game, navigate to Wolfenstein.app/Contents/Resources/drive_c/users/your_username/Local Settings/Application Data/id Software/WolfSP/base/ and delete config.spec and wolf.cfg, that’ll reset to defaults. If that doesn’t do it, try deleting the id Software folder, and the pref file

At this current time, you can only play in windowed mode. Had this set on High settings, and it ran pretty smoothly.

To Install: Either us the Installer app inside the application, or copy your game directory into Program Files (Right click app, /Contents/Resources/drive_c/Program Files)
Make sure the path to your game is identical to the one in the .plist
After you install the game, I updated it to 1.1 and applied a no-cd crack. I don’t know if you have to update, but I’d recommend it.
