If you have a previous version instaled like 5.1.2 :
1) uninstale totaly any version of speed download and absolutly all the file associated
if you tried alrready with other version, you must have app files that already have this serial listed, so this is why you have to uninstal absolutly all the files associated….
2) instal My Speed Download 5.1.3
If not working, instal the 5.1.1, 3 post after this one (answer about complains , then my 5.1.3 , it work for me, so why not for you…
